Photo 7/52 - A Real Texas Wedding

This Saturday I had the privilege of photographing a real Texas Wedding at the beautiful 9E Ranch Bed and Breakfast in Bastrop.  The lovely couple rode their horses up to a gazebo sitting at the top of the hill and exchanged the heartfelt vows they had written to each other.  This was a very peaceful moment as the bride and groom listened to the words of the Pastor and looked off into the forest of pines.

Photo 5/52 - Snow Day Cardinal

I love photographing birds, especially brightly colored ones.  There are a few Cardinals that hang around my house but they are usually very camera shy.  On our "Annual Texas Snow Day" this past Friday, they decided to be a little more social and made their way to the bird feeders while I was photographing from the front porch.  They seem to enjoy the freezing weather more than the average Texan!
